Scope

We sell and ship within the United States and to France. Product availability, pricing, and shipping destinations are shown on the website and may change.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the billing information, or if a pricing or listing error is evident. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Prices and VAT

For customers in France and the EU, all prices shown on the website and submitted to Google Merchant Center are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) . For customers in the United States, prices are shown in US dollars and applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Your card or PayPal account is charged when you place the order. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated.

Returns, refunds, and right of withdrawal

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in France, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal as described in that policy, in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, Ullavella provides French consumers with access to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of disputes.

Website content, product photography, and text are owned by Ullavella or used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in France.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence. If you are a consumer in France, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of French law.
